Maintaining brand tone of voice at local level was a huge challenge for Volkswagen before promotional material for dealer networks went online. The brief was to generate a comprehensive range of ads and promotional materials in line with Volkswagen guidelines, and give dealerships clear guidance on usage and opportunity. I developed copy and concepts for 90% of the content, along with the introductory pages and item-by-item rationale.
